Youth-ID is an Erasmus+ project dedicated to empowering young people to shape inclusive, youth-friendly communities.
Are you a youth worker passionate about inclusive design and youth advocacy? Join Youth-ID, a European initiative empowering young leaders to shape their local communities. As a Multiplier, you will receive expert training to guide youth through real-world project design and policy advocacy.
Your 12-Month Journey
- Expert Training: Kick off with a 2-day training in Strasbourg (France) to master participatory design and intersectionality.
- National Scaling: Help lead 12–15 hour seminars in your home country (BE, FR, IT, PL, CY, or MK) for fellow professionals.
- Mentoring: Guide a local group of 10–15 youth through hands-on simulations in Community Mapping and Participatory Budgeting.
- Design Labs: Mentor youth as they prototype community projects and draft local policy briefs.
- International Mobility: Accompany youth representatives to a 3-day Exchange in Poland and the EU Advocacy Marathon in Brussels.
- Showcasing: Present your group’s impact at Local Showcases and a Transnational Online Fair.
Who We Are Looking For
- Active youth workers or professionals in youth organisations.
- Individuals committed to EU values and inclusive community planning.
- Ability to commit to the training cycle and mentor youth over 12 months.
