Training of the Trainers coming up!

Destination: Strasbourg

Meaningful youth participation is essential for building inclusive and democratic communities. The Youth-ID Erasmus+ project supports this goal by equipping youth workers and young people with the knowledge and tools needed to engage in participatory community planning and advocate for more inclusive local policies.

All of this to say, we are gearing up to our Training of Trainers (ToT)!

What is it? The ToT is a two-day training event that will bring together 18 youth workers from partner countries to explore participatory design, democratic participation, advocacy, intersectionality, and inclusive community planning.

When? On September 15–16, 2026

Where? Strasbourg, France

Our goal is to help participants develop practical facilitation skills and discover new ways to engage young people in decision-making processes through interactive, non-formal education methods.

Do you want to join us?

We are looking for:

Participants: youth workers coming from our partner countries who want to join us in this journey. Interested in learning, networking with other European youth workers, and mobilizing young people around you?

Facilitator: 1 facilitator that can assist with the dynamic learning activities of the Training of the Trainers. Do you have experience activating groups? Are you passionate about participatory methods and inclusion?

By investing in youth workers as multipliers, Youth-ID aims to extend its impact well beyond the training itself, helping more young people become active contributors to the future of their communities across Europe.

Join us in Strasbourg this September!
